    Three has an Amazing Power

After dinner, I could have three chocolate chip cookies. Three is a fun number. Think back to when you had your first baby. In an Instant your family became three. God is three persons in one. What can you do with this magic number?

Choose three people to love today. Give them your prayers and attention. God does this with millions of people a day. I challenge you to try this with only three people today and see how it helps. I bet your prayers will not only help the people you’re praying for, but also yourself. Thinking about others gives me an awesome feeling. I think thinking of those feels good.

I try to pray the Rosary daily. If I can’t, I pray three Hail Mary’s. The Hail Mary is a comforting prayer from Jesus’s mother. Keep in mind that we don’t worship Mary, but we seek out her intercession and help. Mary has been a comfort to me in times of need. She calms me when I have anxiety and is there for me each time I seek her help.

Recently, my family had the flu. This flu was terrible and made Covid look easy. I prayed during this time. One night, the kids were nonstop coughing. I prayed to Jesus and three Hail Mary’s. All of the sudden, both kids stopped coughing and there was quiet. I felt a sense of peace like Jesus lived in my presence. Mary and Jesus both helped both children and heard my prayers. People underestimate prayer and the power of asking for help. However, someone always answers – even if the answer is no – there is a reason and you will be lead to the answer.

Remember Jesus heals us and He knows us by name. He calls us sons and daughters. If you have a problem speak to the Lord and open your relationship. This relationship is eternal.
