Jason’s First Day Of Pre Kindergarten

Jason first day of pre kindergarten

Jason first day of pre kindergarten My son, Jason, had his first day of pre kindergarten today. Ironically , he slept in until past 8 o’clock which never happens. I can’t believe we are at school age already. It seems like yesterday that I just found out I had Jason in my belly. The baby and toddler years flew by except the potty training stage, of course.

I think with a second child time goes by faster than when you only have one. One baby gives you more time to cherish every detail and figure things out. With two children, you can get so busy with making sure everyone has sufficient attention and house hold keeps running that everything feels like a blur.

Jason has a lot of personality and a brilliant sense of humor. Everyone that meets him tells me about his personality. He is also super intelligent and has a great vocabulary for four. Our son knows just how to get everyone to laugh especially me. Jason has natural dance abilities and loves music. Jason’s attention span isn’t very long so spending time together will be exhausting in a good way. I can’t pinpoint where Jason’s personality came from exactly. He has some qualities of each of us, but he’s uniquely his own.

Jason wants to be Phantom of the Opera when he grows up.

The pre kindergarten class is in the same facility as his camp. So we all knew where he spending his morning and lunch time. He felt shy, and we both had tears in our eyes at good bye but he did well. I think I felt emotional because he did and also saying goodbye is always hard when you love someone.

The rest of the morning went ridiculously fast. My attendant, Shawn, helped me decorate my classroom for my Sunday school class. We organized desks, hung decorations and cleaned. Before we knew it, lunch time approached. After going home and getting Jason, he was tired but had a great day.

Now that was day one out of 180 so here we go!
